If an athlete purchase a ticket and HYROX determines they do not fall under any adaptive definition, HYROX has the sole discretion to refund the purchase. Athletes require a spectator ticket if they wish to attend the event on a day other than their race day. Children under 12 years do not require a ticket but must be accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket. Tickets online or on-site are subject to availability.

Athleten benötigen ein Zuschauerticket, wenn sie das Event an einem anderen Tag als ihrem Renntag besuchen möchten. Kinder unter 12 Jahren haben freien Eintritt, aber müssen von einem Erwachsenen mit einem validen Zuschauerticket begleitet werden.
